These terms govern the marketing guarantees, promotional offers, and illustrative examples used by Leads Under Control. Last updated: March 14, 2026.
Guarantee statement: "5x ROI in 90 Days -- or Your Service is Free." If our system does not generate at least 5x your monthly investment in measurable recovered and converted revenue within 90 days, we continue to provide service at no charge until that threshold is met.
Revenue performance is measured by tracking all leads captured through the Leads Under Control system across every connected channel: inbound calls (answered or missed), website forms, Facebook Lead Ads, Google Ads leads, and any other source integrated with the client's CRM pipeline. Attribution is based on leads that enter the pipeline, convert to booked appointments, and close as won deals within the measurement period. Only revenue attributable to the system is counted toward the guarantee threshold.
The 5x Revenue Guarantee applies only when all of the following conditions are met:
Results depend on factors including but not limited to: industry type, geographic market, level of competition, inbound call and lead volume, current marketing spend, seasonal variation, and the client's own sales process and close rate. Leads Under Control does not guarantee identical results across all clients.
If the guarantee threshold is not met within 90 days and the eligibility requirements above are satisfied, Leads Under Control will continue providing service at no monthly charge until the cumulative 5x ROI threshold is reached. "Work for free" does not include third-party costs (e.g., SMS carrier fees, ad spend, phone number hosting, or third-party software licenses) which remain the client's responsibility.
To invoke the guarantee, the client must submit a written request to Leads Under Control within 14 days of the 90-day period ending. Leads Under Control will review the attribution data in the CRM and respond within 5 business days.
Promotion statement: "Limited-time promotion -- $1,000 setup fee currently waived." The $1,000 onboarding and setup fee is waived for qualifying new clients during this promotional period.
The setup fee waiver applies to new clients only. It covers the initial onboarding, system configuration, CRM setup, workflow build-out, and go-live testing performed by Leads Under Control as described in the selected plan.
This promotion is limited in availability and subject to change or discontinuation at any time without advance notice. Leads Under Control reserves the right to modify, pause, or end this promotion at any time.
If the promotional period has ended at the time of enrollment, the standard $1,000 setup fee applies. This fee covers the cost of onboarding and is non-refundable once the onboarding process has commenced.

AI Disclosure: Leads Under Control uses artificial intelligence technology to answer phone calls, respond to text messages, qualify leads, and follow up with prospects on behalf of our clients.
Our system includes an AI voice agent ("Alex") that answers inbound phone calls on behalf of our clients' businesses. The AI agent is powered by large language models and is designed to identify itself as an AI assistant at the beginning of every interaction. The AI agent can qualify leads, answer common questions, book appointments, and transfer calls to human representatives when appropriate.
Our AI voice agent identifies itself as an artificial intelligence assistant at the start of every phone call and text conversation. We do not attempt to deceive callers into believing they are speaking with a human. If a caller requests to speak with a human representative, the AI will attempt to transfer the call or schedule a callback.
Our system uses AI to make automated decisions about lead qualification, follow-up timing, communication channel selection, and nurture sequence assignment. These decisions are based on data provided by the lead (industry, lead volume, contact information) and behavioral signals (response time, engagement). No automated decision results in legal, financial, or medical consequences for the lead.
AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Our AI agents are not licensed professionals and do not provide legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. Leads Under Control is not responsible for decisions made by third parties based on AI-generated information.
Notice: All calls to and from Leads Under Control systems may be recorded, monitored, or analyzed for quality assurance, training, and service improvement purposes.
Florida law (§934.03) requires all parties to a phone call to consent to recording. By calling any phone number operated by Leads Under Control or its clients' systems, and by remaining on the line after the recording disclosure, you consent to the recording of that call. Our AI voice agent provides this disclosure at the beginning of every call.
Call recordings may be used to: improve AI agent performance, train machine learning models, verify lead qualification accuracy, resolve disputes, and ensure quality of service. Recordings are stored securely and retained for a maximum of 12 months, after which they are automatically deleted.
If you do not wish to be recorded, you may disconnect the call at any time. You may also request that your recording be deleted by contacting us at hello@leadsundercontrol.com.

You must be at least 18 years of age to opt in to receive text messages from Leads Under Control. By providing your phone number and checking the consent checkbox, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
After submitting a form, you may receive up to 5 automated text messages within the first 14 days related to your inquiry. Ongoing communication frequency depends on your engagement and the services you have requested.
All Leads Under Control plans are month-to-month. There are no long-term contracts. Clients may cancel at any time with 30 days written notice. Cancellation does not entitle the client to a refund of any fees already paid for the current billing period.
Leads Under Control operates using third-party infrastructure including GoHighLevel (GHL), n8n, OpenAI, and telecommunications providers. While we maintain high availability standards, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime of any third-party platform.
Leads Under Control reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Broward County, Florida, or through binding arbitration as mutually agreed by both parties.
Leads Under Control's total liability for any claim arising from service performance shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client in the 3 months preceding the claim. Leads Under Control is not liable for indirect, consequential, or speculative damages including lost profits beyond the scope of the 5x Revenue Guarantee.
